Chad BarnesSUPER IMPRESSED!!! We just switched to East Texas Termite & Pest Control, and the thoroughness of the treatment is night and day different than what we got from our previous provider. We spent years paying another company for pest control. I hired that company because they seemed professional and they had a ton of excellent Google reviews. I stuck with them for years because they were consistent and kind, and despite having a yard that remained loaded with ants, I never suspected that their service was subpar because we rarely felt overrun by insects inside our house. That is, until a couple of months ago when we started seeing "alive and well" wolf spiders in our house 3 to 5 times per day. Our previous provider came back out to spray twice. Both times, the guy (1) came inside and quickly spray around our baseboards, doors, and windows and (2) walked around the outside to spray around our doors and windows. Approximate treatment time per visit: 10 minutes, which was pretty close to their usual treatment time. So, I decided to give East Texas Termite & Pest Control a try. Our technician, Chris, was super friendly and personable, and he thoroughly sprayed around our baseboards, doors, and windows on the inside. But it's what he did outside that blew me away. I heard a generator crank up, and I thought, "A generator?!? For what?!?" Next thing I know, he's spraying my soffets, up and down our tree trunks, and all over our lawn. If our previous provider ever did that, it was when neither my wife nor I were at home because we never saw it. Approximate treatment time: 35 minutes. So, as I said, I'm SUPER IMPRESSED!!
