This is one of the most shocking experiences I’ve ever had with Eastern products. I am a regular purchaser of Eastern spices, and I am also a loyal Noon customer who has always trusted Noon for quality products and reliable service. However, I am extremely disappointed and concerned about a recent order I received. Yesterday, I purchased groceries through Noon, and to my shock I found a cockroach inside the Eastern Tamarind packet. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene, safety and overall product quality. This incident has caused me significant distress, and I did not expect such a situation from a trusted platform like Noon or a well-known brand like Eastern. Adding to the frustration, I was unable to find any direct customer contact details to report this matter urgently. I request that you address this issue immediately and take strict action with the concerned supplier/manufacturer. I also request a full investigation into the matter I believe some one will contact me regarding this matter
