Victor the installer did an excellent job installing and informing me what to do in 6 months to keep the mechanics working perfectly. I had a power outage this morning and after the power came on he came back to finish and explained all that I needed know. Very polite and knowledgeable. I am very happy with my new garage door. Eastern garage door was very responsive to my needs. They were able to provide a technician promptly. Victor was able to figure out what was wrong with my garage door immediately. Hired this company to fix a couple of issues with my garage doors (faulty sensors and gaps with weather stripping) based on the positive reviews online. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy and the technician, Victor, was excellent. Diagnosed and fixed one of the issues on the spot and I'm having them come back with some custom trim to fix the other issue. Victor was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Price/fees were very reasonable. I would recommend this company to others and will certainly be using them myself for any garage repair needs!
