I had an extremely disappointing experience with immigration consultant Vikas Sharma, who provided me with incorrect advice. I consulted him about my application process and mentioned my concern about a US visa rejection that I had forgotten to include in my Post-Graduate Work Permit (PGWP) application. Mr. Vikas advised me to completely omit this information from future applications, including my Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) application and Permanent Residency (PR) application. However, when I consulted other immigration experts, I learned that I must disclose this information to avoid misrepresentation. Furthermore, Mr. Vikas never indicates on any paperwork that he is your representative, which leaves clients fully liable for any errors or omissions in their applications. This is a deliberate attempt to distance himself from any responsibility, as I've witnessed with two of my friends who were his clients. One friend's application was rejected, and another had to withdraw after waiting 1.5 years without any response from the immigration office. Given my experience and the experiences of my friends, I strongly urge you not to work with Vikas Sharma. His advice was not only incorrect but potentially damaging to my immigration prospects. His approach is unprofessional, and he does not take responsibility for his guidance. If you value your future in Canada and your money, avoid him at all costs. The positive reviews on his website and other platforms are misleading and do not reflect the risks involved in working with him. I wish I could give negative stars. I highly recommend finding a reputable consultant who will act in your best interest and provide reliable, ethical advice.

I enlisted Vikas’s counsel when IRCC requested for additional information and I got very quick feedback from the government and got my landing papers in less than a month.
