I have known Jivan for a number of years. This guy is honest and honourable. When my mortgage comes up for renewal I always call and talk with him. He is very generous with his time and expertise and if you have a better rate or circumstance with a big bank or another institution, he is open and honest about it. In my case I want to do business with him but an oddity of my circumstance leaves it better to keep my mortgage where it is. He provided wisdom, compassion and expertise. Finding a "trusted advisor" is a difficult thing to do as everyone seems to think AI will supply that (it won't) but he has shown himself to be exactly that: a trusted advisor.
