If I could give a 0 stars I would gladly. This company is SO extremely unprofessional it actually blows me away. I CREATED a google account just so I could leave a review. We have been trying to come to an agreement on how to fix an issue we have been having since the beginning of 2022. We signed a contract outlining a specific way in which our API integrations would work and that was not delivered. They are saying to fix it, we'd have to pay additional 1-2 thousand dollars to customize the integration. That is not something we agreed on in our contract. I am recommending that NO ONE do business with this company (and/or ebridge connections) and find another company to utilize for API integration's. Waste of years of time and money.

Our EDI eBridge integration system works so well, we seldom need to contact support. For the few times we needed them, the support team is excellent, very helpful and get back on a timely basis. Our account rep calls from time to time to see how things are going and is also very supportive. Thanks for a great solution.

Unfortunately they were the only company that we could find that could do an integration between a Miva catalog and Sage BusinessWorks software. They claimed to have done this before but the person assigned to my account had obviously never set an integration between Miva and Sage BW before. I was given bad advice by the company and not knowing any better I followed their lead. The estimate that I was given for the work was very quickly surpassed and they began charging my credit card every other week or so without verifying the charges with me first. I would receive an invoice after the fact or after the charges were declined because they were charging over my limit. I am a small company of basically one person. Working with eBridge while trying to launch a new website created an insane amount of stress for me. They wanted to have the integration set up when the catalog launched and even though it was supposed to be done the integration didn't work until almost a month after the catalog went live in April of 2020. Since then there have been multiple times that the inventory upload just stopped working, customers with an ' in their last name are still not downloading properly even though it was "fixed" and several times I have reported it to support only to get a ticker number and then NOTHING. No follow up at all. The problems go on and on. When it works, it works well but I have to hound them when something doesn't work and most of the time they just ignore me until I send emails to as many people in the company as I can find email addresses for. The communication from the company is very poor and their support team doesn't follow through. I would never recommend eBridge to anyone.

Our company has worked with eBridge on more than one occasion and each time, they have been really helpful. eBridge helped us to automatically transfer online orders from our webstore into our ERP system. They were able to customize the code so that the orders translated correctly, the way we want to see them in our system. They are also super nice to work with.
