My sister, who has mobility challenges, and I were very impressed with the cordial and helpful manner of the two E bus drivers that drove the run between Fraser Valley and the Interior The bus was clean, on time and the drivers politely enforced the masking requirement of the passengers. We felt very safe. Thank you drivers! I find the buses far more comfortable and less hassle than flying when travelling regionally. The only caveat is that I hope increased usage brings the fare down somewhat. I was very surprised reading about others negative experiences.

nothing but problems both times taking this service. first time our bus broke down on the highway and they couldn’t get another bus out for 1.5-2 hours. thank god someone offered us a ride. the second time the bus had so many problems we had to stop in chilliwack for 45 minutes and the maintenance services couldn’t help or even offer a new coach so the driver who felt uncomfortable driving the vehicle had to continue driving causing everyone to feel unsafe. i would recommend using any other transportation than taking this unless you want issues. just save for a plane ticket

No. Hard no. If I could give you negative five stars I would. Your driver left the stop early leaving my girlfriend stranded at the stop fully aware that she wasn't on the bus. Kate, who was working at the information booth disrespectfully shrugged off any attempts that were made to seek help. Eventually, to avoid waiting 7 hours for the next bus, she called a cab. $45 later she got on the bus in West Kelowna. The thanks there go to a great cab driver. They get 5 stars. But for you: -If Kate had helped, 5 stars. -If the bus left on time, 5 stars -If she had taken any other mode of transportation, 5 stars. But no, Ebus. You get nothing but the worst I can give you because that is all you give your customers. Have a great day!
