UPDATE 9/14/22: EBY completed the driveway in 2 days. Took most of a day to remove the old driveway. Pouring only took a couple hours on the following day. The end result looks great (photo attached). Thanks to EBY for jumping on my project and completing it well. UPDATE 9/12/22: The company contacted me and is going straight to my project, which I’m very grateful for. I will update my review again once the work is compete. Original 1 Star Review: Highly unresponsive. Please read before using EBY. I was quoted for a driveway renovation on March 25, 2022. I responded that day, asking how much the price would be for different options. I never received a response, so I immediately started getting quotes from other places. The quote from EBY was a little lower than the others, so I decided to reach back out to let them know I still wanted their service. I emailed on May 2, letting EBY know I wanted them to do the work. I also asked about increasing the width of my driveway. I received a response on May 5th, saying, “…Sorry I have been hard to reach. We would just do a per SF price on anything you added. So if you wanted to make changes, we could discuss them at the time of the work and go from there.” I responded May 6th, saying “OK then… approved” I never heard anything since. I was never called or emailed. I chalked it up to them being busy at first, but turns out I was forgotten about. Really wanted this to be the year my driveway got fixed. I reached out via email today, September 6, to see if they would still do the work, possibly for a lower price. If I get a positive response (or any at all), I will update this review accordingly. In conclusion: I do not recommend EBY due to their in lack of communication.

Jake was extremely professional and responsive. They did an excellent job with my driveway, which had some very tricky drainage issues. When we called Jake with a question, he was responsive to our concerns and revisited the property to ensure everything was right. It's rare to work with such a professional, customer-oriented business who stands so solidly beside their product. Their price was very competitive, and they timely completed the work. Highly recommend!

EBY is highly professional and responsive. They worked around our busy work schedules and delivered an extremely high quality driveway for our home. It looks amazing. Jake led his crew and communicated very well throughout our project. Highly recommend this company, they are fantastic and met all of our needs quickly!

EBY was FANTASTIC to work with, specifically Bryan and both Toms. They truly took the time to address and correctly resolve my storm drainage/flooding issue. While my issue wasn't a big project for them, they never made me feel my concerns and issues weren't worthy of being addressed. They were always courteous and responsive throughout the whole project. Their knowledge and dedication resulted in finally resolving my storm drainage issue --- so we no longer have to worry about our house being flooded after every rainstorm - AMEN, THANK YOU!!!! I highly recommend them for their excellent quality, superb value and technical expertise, and great customer service!
