I can’t say enough good things about Dogtopia South Waterfront! My dog goes here a couple times a week for daycare and absolutely loves it. The team is always so kind, welcoming, and accommodating—they treat both me and my dog with genuine warmth every time we walk through the door. They even go above and beyond, like squeezing him in for an emergency bath, even on busy days. I love how they always remember his name and greet him with a smile. I know how much he enjoys it because when we walk by on days he’s not scheduled, he pulls me straight to the door wanting to go in! I’m so grateful for the care and attention they give—highly recommend!

My little girl, Riley, is a shy one and we weren't sure how she would do in daycare. The staff has been incredibly patient with her, showing lots of love and attention. She now runs up to the staff and offers kisses, seeking them out to play in the rooms. This is one of those places where the staff absolutely love all the dogs. There are no favorites because everyone is a favorite. One thing I'm super impressed with is that the dogs are sorted by size AND temperament. I was nervous she would be overrun in the room with more energetic pups, but they quickly saw she would do better in a different group and she has been safe and happy. And we can see her on the cameras every day, just to check in! Also, for a pup that hates anything grooming related, this is the only place she will accept a bath (even letting them trim her nails). This is a HUGE win. We are so grateful she is loved and cared for by the outstanding Dogtopia staff!! <3

This is a place you can trust with your dog. my dog is my child and I know my dog is going to be safe and happy when I drop her off. all the dogs are well taken care of here. I believe That anyone that is thinking about going to a different daycare is full of crap. thats the wrong choice, Dogtopia of South Waterfront is the best place for a dog and best location from out of all the other Dogtopia locations. And Again, If I can trust them with my dog, you can too.
