The air conditioner unit on our RV went out. I called Echo Tech RV Services and they immediately came to evaluate the situation. I needed a new unit, parts were ordered and within three days the unit was replaced. There were a few other things that needed to be addressed, which they did quickly. Echo Tech RV Services is fantastic. They do what they say they are going to do, in a timely manner and they were willing to work with my insurance company. The cost was extremely reasonable which is unusual in Florida as it seems everyone wants to rip you off. I would highly recommend Echo Tech RV services you do not need to look elsewhere for a great company. Sandy M.

I can't say enough about Echo Tech RV Services! Steve is a pure professional and a terrific tech. Not only is he is very friendly so is all of the staff! They are expedient and careful with your property. We were so lucky to find them to work on our Class A motorhome. They worked on everything from air conditioning to lighting down to small repairs around the coach. They are a must call for all of you mobile RV needs.Thank you to Steve and his team!!

I cannot say enough about this company and it's employees. Recently while I was out of town they put new flooring in my fifth wheel and upon my return I was astounded at the quality of work. Last night I suddenly had water pouring out from underneath my fifthwheel. I called Echo Tech to leave a message saying I was all set for the night as I had turned all water off but I would appreciate if somebody could come out in the morning. I followed the call up with a text message and shortly after received a message back from Steve saying he would be here around 8:15 this morning. He showed up on time and spent the next 2 hours not only fixing the problem with the water tank, but did it by making improvements to it. Everyone I have dealt with at Echo Tech has excellent work ethic, and the service they provide is outstanding. It is like a breath of fresh air to find a company like this nowadays. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone having any problem with their RV.

Steve and Echo Tech are far superior to any mobile RV service we have used! He returned my call promptly, listened to the issue, asked for photos of the wiring (I assume to do a little research beforehand), and gave a next day appointment. He arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time (unlike others that are usually late) and immediate started repairing the issue. He was knowledgeable about our RV slide wiring and was able to get us back in business in record time! He is friendly and is willing to offer suggestions for preventative maintenance. I would DEFINITELY use Echo Tech again!!
