Eclipse Roofers

Our HOA got our roof re-done by them in 2020. Unfortunately 3-4 years later have been having issues with the roof and have not been able to get anyone on the phone to consult whether or not we're eligible for warranty work. After over two weeks of calling and speaking with a receptionist numerous times, no dice. If you expect support in the future in reference to your roof job, I would keep that mind and make sure you save all your receipts!

Wow. Top notch experience from Piedmont Roofing. I don’t think I could’ve asked for better service. From the consultation to the implementation everything was quick, seamless and affordable! The representative showed up the next day and was not a “sales” guy but a knowledgeable team leader. Then, the crew showed up EARLY to start. I was shocked to find out the crew leader had been working with the company for 17 years. Many of the guys on the crew have been with him for a long time. I’ve never seen this before! The team took quick breaks and the job was done half a day early!

So far, I have called twice and no call back from the team. My third time calling now for gutter repair or replacement, I was told they may not repair or install gutters? On the information here, it states gutter repair. I am just letting you know that if you want gutter repair, maybe not call this company. The Piedmont Roofing Co. needs to change this listing to be more accurate or let the receptionist know that they actually do repair gutters.
