Bought a lei for my boyfriend and it was a good price. Owners were SO nice and offered us information on the Chinese New Year Festival that was going to take place that night! Super sweet and I definitely recommend this area in general to get your leis, always good prices! (There’s a parking garage right across the street so it’s easy to find parking!)

So Glad we can find family owned Lei Shops with a variety of leis to choose from at Great prices. LINS LEI Shop located on Maunakea Street in Chinatown, Diamond Head side just as you cross over King St. Easy to find, visible from the street unfortunately street parking but may be lucky like i was and pulled over with my hazard lights on. I had pre ordered for a Double Maile, Double Tuberose and when I went to pick it up, I could not help myself when i seen a vibrant yellow Hala Lei. Will be taking these beautiful leis to Texas for my son's Graduation in the Air Force. The Maile from Big Island was so fresh and one of the cheapest I found and for the 3 leis i spent $160 altogether but very satisfied & Happy with my choices and knowing my Boy he will Love them also. Got a beautiful lei at Lin's Lei Shop for my valentine on Valentine's Day. It was on clearance but it dried well. It's still on display weeks later.

I bought 2 leis. Pakalana & rose. The older woman told me $35 for each lei since the rose buds were open. I asked if there were other rose leis that did not bloom. She decided to change one lei and I was satisfied but when she rang me up she said $40. I told her not $35? She said “no.” I really don’t like being deceived. My budget was $70 and I didn’t want to haggle with price just be honest. She said she didn’t have pikake but I saw it in the back while paying l. Unfortunately she’s dishonest. Her son helps and maybe he’s better.
