I have been a member of the ECU for more than 30 years. For most of that time my direct interactions with the ECU have been minimal, except for day-to-day banking needs. I’ve always had great service when I needed it. Recently we had a more complex need and Enas (Waterloo branch) was first rate in offering excellent advice, superb service and ultimately saving us hundreds of dollars. The personalized service we received at the ECU is not something that is provided at a larger bank. We will definitely look to the ECU for future needs!
