I’ve been a loyal customer at this bakery, coming almost every weekend and placing large orders for a nearby dance studio. Unfortunately, my order has been messed up every single time, despite giving very clear instructions. I’ve let things slide in the past, but today was the last straw. Instead of correcting the problem, the staff at the front seemed upset. I was in a hurry and asked for something as simple as no butter on the bread — not only did they give my order to someone else, but when they remade it, they added an excessive amount of butter. To make matters worse, the bread tasted stale and old. It’s such a shame, because I wanted to keep supporting this business. I’ve never written a bad review before, but today was enough. I’d rather drive a little farther to the neighboring bakery where my order is treated with care and accuracy.

Came here for bearkafst and had a bagel with eggs and bacon. We also got some Cuban pastries. Pretty good and sweet. They come warm and they taste delicious.
