Jim from Eden property services was out to give me an estimate for some repair work to my deck. After the quote was sent and I accepted it I was scheduled immediately. Jim was very prompt and prepared to complete all the work. He did a fantastic job, and in my opinion, went above and beyond. I will be using him for all future home repairs and remodels. I struck gold when I found Eden Property Service!

Jim and his crew gave me three dates and they arrived on time and punctual for all three dates. The communication was fantastic - I would receive a text message and an email confirming their arrival. Probably one of the best home repair companies I’ve ever had work in my home,. The drywall replacement, installation, mudding, sanding and painting were exceptional. They were very diligent at putting up the plastic and keeping the mess contained. When they left you couldn’t even tell they were there. I would recommend to anyone!

Jim’s professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail are rare commodities in this day and age. We reached out to Jim to have him replace the door knob and locking mechanism with the one I purchased in order to secure my front door. Unfortunately, once he removed the old locking mechanism, the space in the door was too large and frail to accommodate the new one. Jim tried to simply replace the key lock portion but it was too old and not readily available. Instead, he came up with the idea to install a new bold lock on the door. Jim went one step further and installed weather strips as he noticed there was a draft coming from around the door. We’ve had a bad run with general contractors lately so Jim’s integrity and meticulousness were a breath of fresh air. We will definitely be reaching out to him in the future!
