Hi last night I visit edenrobe empuorim mall, three till man on reception they treat not very well they don't know how to work. It's very bad experience, even a i left my shopping because of bad behavior. Friday 8th November Time: 8pm to 9pm. You can check.

I live in lahore for study. Okay i am a single person here. I went alone for shopping they treated me like kid(i look teenage but i am not, what ao ever i was their customer even i was teenage or kid they should have treated me like other customers its really not acceptable ) and didn't took serious they were not letting me look at the clothes and not even assisting me.. Very poor customer service even i purchased clothes still they were treating me non seriously and i am very disappointed by their service .. Bonanza and khadi are best they always make us feel valued and like they care for customers satisfaction.

The number given is not working nor even their helipline. No one respond on whatsapp or email also. Extremely poor customer service, i am trying to do a refund of damaged article since 5 days which i received online from edenrobe but they never respond. Highly Disappointed
