This is worst experience I’ve ever had with a platform. I was a mindbody user for over 10 years when I switched. We migrated during the pandemic and had to build an entire new site to support this integration. The migration was process terrible and full of delays and errors which we are still trying to correct 4 years later. The system is unreliable and glitchy, the response time for issues is almost 4 days. No one will take a call. We have had multiple issues that have cost us valuable time and lost sales. The Mariana tek team had made multiple errors in the configuration of our auto emails and does not provide any follow up or answer as to what’s happened or why it happened. These errors include changing language in email confirmation to be cancelations etc. This software owns the relationship with stripe, however they do not notify business properly of charge backs, they are not responsive to serious problems with payouts. The value proposition of the platform has proven to be false and this is the very worst platform for any business. I would run from this platform. They are unreliable and the issues are damaging to small businesses that relay on the service.

The software left me quite disappointed. While it seemed promising at first, several issues quickly became apparent. One major drawback is the lack of an enrollment fee option for online purchases, which is inconvenient and not customer-friendly. The waiting list feature still needs tons of improvements with options to accept or decline the spot and email and text notifications. Text message reminders are extremely limited in terms of automation, making it hard to keep clients engaged and on track with their fitness goals. When I have raised concerns the response is a copy-paste email saying they will forward it to the development area, no follow up, no alternatives or solutions. Customer service need tons of improvements. The most glaring issue, however, is the near-total absence of reporting features, specially for staff management. Lack of reports also makes difficult to track progress, monitor client activity, and make data-driven decisions. Overall, the software falls short of expectations. Dealing with Brandbot is the worst!

I was an EARLY adopter of Mariana Tek when at the helm of a multi-studio boutique indoor cycling company. To be honest, I was pretty harsh with them as they were trying to navigate our cuckoo nuts booking schedule and I was trying to navigate opening new studios at a fast rate. MT and the team always went to bat to make sure we were taken care of properly. Fast forward to last year...I opened my own Pilates studio and there was no doubt in my mind that Mariana Tek would be the booking platform that I would use. Many of the original team is still on board (hello...retention!) and they were so helpful in getting me set up ASAP and with competitive pricing. It's very cool to see how they have grown over the last several years and to benefit from all that they now offer. I'm MT for life!
