Edmond Pack and Ship

The Poster Child of incompetence. Items from an auction were delivered to their place of business. Due to the size of one item, I opted to have a uShip driver collect the items from Edmond Pack and Ship and hand deliver them. EPS did not give them all the items, and I had to wrangle with them for weeks to get the other two items shipped to me. After two or more months they finally shipped them. Another few weeks passed and no sign of the items. I called Edmonds and spoke to Reggie, who was very surly and unprofessional. I was told the items were shipped but returned. Oddly, when I asked him to confirm my address, he did so, and it was spot on. So, here we go again. The items were shipped and arrived. The stone sculpture had significant damage, however, there was only one tiny piece in the bubble wrap after I unwrapped it, and not a single piece in the box. Hmmm, how is that possible? I attempted to file a claim but was told I was not the shipper of record. So I reached out to Edmond to file the claim. Weeks and weeks passed, I emailed Edmonds 6 times without a single response and when I called UPS I was informed the claim had been paid. I did not see a penny of it. In a word, well two, not only incompetent, but also CROOKS!
