Such a caring experience with Dr Brett York & Jo! The wonderful music Dr Brett sings, hums, whistles is so fun & comforting while he works away either making a plan of action for my dental care or working on my teeth. What a breath of fresh air to find such an efficient wheeled staff at the front desk, frontline, back staff, & with Dr Brett York himself. Friendly, knowledgeable, communicating constantly & giving his best every moment. My mouth & teeth are grateful at long last getting the love they deserve, after not being able to go to the dentist for some years. Thank you so much Dr. Brett York team -> FIRST CLASS. (wouldn't let me type A z a r k o without a red line under & couldn't post!!)

Dr. Ursula Szkudlarek was extremely professional and kind throughout my visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood each step. The atmosphere in the clinic was calm and welcoming, which really helped me feel relaxed. I truly appreciated her gentle approach and how she listened to my concerns. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist who combines knowledge with compassion. The front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful — they made the check-in process smooth and answered all my questions with a smile. Overall, it was a great experience. I thought my dentist, Dr. Panesar, was very good. He was knowledgeable, personable, skilled, and did high quality work. However, i spent a lot of time waiting while Dr. Panesar addressed other patients and staff. I believe the waiting may have been an anomaly due to missing staff, new staff, and higher than expected customer emergencies on a weekend. I am also concerned about the fact that this firm charges well above the approved fee schedule. The high costs have me thinking about shopping for a dentist who charges according to the approved fee schedule.

Let me start by saying, I’ve always DREADED AND HATED going to the dentist. Call it cliche, but I associate dentist visits with extreme and unnecessary discomfort, and I avoid the dentist at all costs. But yesterday I found myself in so much pain from a problem that I had hoped would go away on its own, I had to cave and go in for an emergency dental appointment. I was so distressed about going that I cried while making the appointment and even cried all the way there. When I got to Azarko, the first contact was the ladies at reception and the lady that attended to me was so warm and welcoming that I started to feel safer almost immediately. And then the Universe sent me the fairy Godmother of dental assistants- Delynn! I had to have a mini surgery and she explained and reiterated everything Dr Zhang did before, during and after my procedure. She soothed me with her words, and her presence felt so comforting. I’m so grateful she was there. And let’s talk about Dr Zhang, he knew his stuff. His direct approach oozed of technical know-how. I felt so safe and sound between the two of them. Honestly, I don’t do reviews or recommendations but I knew I had to take my time to review because this dental space is different and unique and feels like an alternative reality to other dentists I’ve been to, in Nigeria, in the UK and here in Canada. I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment , instead of planning how to miss it.
