I had a very disappointing experience with Educational Perspectives. I submitted all my required documents over two months ago but still have not received my evaluated transcript. Despite repeated follow-ups, I kept getting emails asking for the same documents I had already provided. The customer service was especially frustrating — calls often went unanswered, and when someone did pick up, they spoke rudely and told me to contact other departments without providing any useful information or contacts. The whole process was slow, confusing, and unprofessional. For comparison, I used SpanTran for a similar evaluation and received my transcript in just four days. I cannot recommend Educational Perspectives due to their poor communication, slow service, and lack of support.

I'm quoting someone else from reviews below: "Shocked: No service, No money return after it = "Great formula" of doing Business on student bones, loans and last money!" That's who they are. It's a shame. Please, go anywhere else. Even if it's more expensive. They did not provide me with ANY service, but in order to fill out an application I HAD to make a payment. I paid $395 and then in the e-mail communication it turned out that my documents don't meet their requirements. So I asked for a refund and their response was "we don't provide refunds". !!! Excellent service! No work done at all, but they're just going to keep my money because that's their POLICY!!! This is simply a theft. Owners, Please, don't respond to my review if you're not going to refund me 100% of the payment.

Horrible Experience!!!!.... When I requested a transcript for my grades from home country (Chile), the evaluator in charge, Erik L, did a terrible job, failing to specify criteria, missing deadlines, and making multiple errors. Lastly, I find this disastrous, as a thorough evaluation is expected, but this person doesn't even know how to use a calculator. I'll just say that I received four versions of the same document due to errors I found when I received the "final" document (emphasize this, as it seems unbelievable to me that I should pay for such a mediocre service). As an international student, it frustrates me to know that the universities where I'm applying for my master's program suggest this institution, especially considering the terrible quality of service they provide. My advice: if you're looking to have your transcript evaluated, look for another institution. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, GO TO ED. PERSPECTIVE; IT WILL NOT BE USEFUL. I would like to left a 0 here, but I can't.
