She's literally been stopped by people on the street to tell her how beautiful her ring is. The diamond has exceptional brilliance and shine. The customer service was also excellent—Robert was responsive, professional, and efficient. He even did a Zoom consultation, followed by an in-person one. The entire process was smooth and timely.
