The website was detailed, helpful, and quite informative. When I called, Devon answered the phone promptly, and was helpful and easy to speak with. Devon suggested we have a test done. The test was scheduled for the *next morning* -- we really appreciated the prompt service. Amy and Tim arrived right on time (including giving us an "on the way ETA" text) with their sweet and super-smart sniffer dog. Tim and Amy were friendly, knowledgable, and effective. Their dog checked every inch of our home, and happily for us found nothing. They gave us some additional advice and information, and billed us electronically. Very easy to work with, nice to deal with, and overall a great experience. Re-read that last sentence, because it deserves repeating. I respect the integrity of their business. It occurred to me that they could have easily "found a problem", quoted us an expensive solution, and used our concern and fear to land an expensive project. But no, they don't work like that -- they are honest and forthcoming, which I really admire, appreciate, and respect. They only charge you for what is needed. Such honesty is refreshing. This is the "A" team. Look no further.
