I supposed to receive curbside delivery. Driver basically dumped the pallet on the street, that could impede the traffic and claimed that he won't move it. So, I alone was able without issue to pull it literally 15 meters onto my driveway. If I can move pallet with my bare hands while your driver cannot do it with jigger then either your advertised services do not reflect the reality or your driver is unwilling to do the delivery. Either way the service that I received is not even worth a 1 star.

To the owner who replied to me: you only trusted what driver have told you without reaching to me and getting the facts straight. I could have sent you video from 2 different angles to show that your driver, let's put it nicely, lied to you. Curbeside doesn't not mean on the street impeding traffic. Police and the city can issue ticket for such " delivery". What is insulting is that there is 0 snow on my driveway, so claiming that the snow prevented you to deliver is ,pit it simply, a lie. As to your driver claiming I asked him as a men to help me... I don't know how to put it, but enraging. #1 it's is his job to do curbside delivery and leave it in such a way not to block street traffic. #2 I pulled pallet with all it's contents myself with bare hand onto my driveway ( which provides that your driver lied about snow).#3 he was looking and laughing at me while I was doing that. I can go on and on how he was on the phone and didn't even bother talk to me or other unprofessional behaviour. However it's outrageous that you critique my driveway without checking it or actually knowing how you men driver had fun at my expense? Your response is enraging, gaslighting, insulting and unprofessional just as the driver who was here today.

EFS has a great team and has been doing a phenomenal job delivering our Transformer Tables direct to our customers throughout Quebec and Eastern Ontario. The service and rates are the best we have seen. As they continue to expand and open more lanes we are happy to send more shipments with them and would highly recommend them to anyone especially online businesses selling large items such as furniture.
