I’ve had the pleasure of bringing the only two cats in my life to this clinic. I moved to this neighbourhood after a nasty divorce and had to start over completely. First, I brought Lily in (19 y/o tabby) who I had for more than half my life. Unfortunately it was the end for her, but even though they just met us- it was like I’ve known them forever. The care and the heart this clinic has for your pets is unmatched. I was struggling emotionally and financially. My dad was in hospice in a city 400km away. Travelling drained both resources and they did everything they could to make sure Lily's remains made it to me. I wouldn’t assume that they would give you a deal or payment plan as this was an exceptional circumstance. Now I bring Zaitoune (my 8 month old orange Tabby) and the vet and his assistants are so kind and caring with him. His assistants will explain pricing to you very honestly. There is a language barrier with the vet, but his assistants understand him and will always explain if you don’t understand. The vet himself is extremely caring, gentle and kind. You can see that he loves animals and wants the best for them.

Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience at this clinic. I brought my cat in for a vaccination, but due to the way it was administered, the medication didn’t fully absorb. This caused irritation at the injection site, and my cat began scratching it. From my research, I learned that because cats groom themselves by licking, they can ingest the live virus from the vaccine, which made her sick. It took about three weeks for her to recover. During that time, even though her health was compromised, I was charged for additional visit, which I didn’t expect. Furthermore, after speaking with the doctors multiple times, I left a message on the third occasion and received no response.

We have trusted Dr. Arabi with our dog’s care since she was a puppy, 14 years ago. His knowledge, kindness, and genuine compassion have been a constant source of comfort. He takes the time to listen and he is dedicated. He has always provided excellent referrals when needed. He and his team love, respect, and are always gentle with our furbaby, which means the world to us. The clinic is also well-equipped for surgeries, dental cleanings, and other procedures, giving us peace of mind over the years. Even after he moved locations, we followed him without hesitation because the care he provides is truly exceptional. We are deeply grateful for all he has done and highly recommend him to anyone seeking the very best for their pets.

Recently took my 17 year old cat Spotty to this animal clinic. . Dr Aarabi treated Spotty with love and care Melinda who assisted the Dr was great Amanda the receptionist is also fantastic. I would highly recommend Eglinton and Dufferin animal clinic.so much compassion the clinic is spotless.thank you so much from Spotty’s feline mum.
