Customer experiences
Not to be dramatic but Kaitlin literally changed my life. I would highly recommend her as a physiotherapist. I have cerebral palsy that impacts my right leg and in less than a year, she has helped me gain a better range of motion, eliminated pain in my ankle and vastly improved my walking. Beyond all of the vital improvements I've noticed since seeing Kaitlin, she is so incredibly knowledgeable. She has introduced me to other important treatments like strength training and botox injections that will only improve my mobility long term. My quality of life is so much better since seeing Kaitlin, I cannot recommend her enough!!
I had a first intake appointment and some initial therapy with Kaitlin . Spectacularly good experience on both fronts. I came away with (the relief of) a diagnosis of a mild strain (great relief to know that my hamstring injury was just that and not more serious as it had been hanging on for a while). Also after the ultrasound treatment, emerged much improved immediately. Kaitlin is very professional--radiates competence. Highly recommended.
I've been going to Kaitlin for 16 months now and she is amazing. I initially went after my ACL reconstruction surgery because she was close to my house and had flexible hours. Since then I've gone from being unable to walk, to running a 10k race, climbing two volcanoes, and doing Crossfit. Kaitlin is very knowledgeable, tailoring workouts for where I'm at in my recovery, despite my lack of self-discipline in completing workouts on my own outside of her office...😅 She even started offering blood flow restriction therapy after I asked about it! I continue to go to her even though I've since moved out of the area. I had initially torn my ACL 3 years ago during a skiing accident, then again when I tried to play rugby on the ill advice of another physiotherapist. But thanks to Kaitlin my knee is feeling better than it has in years, and I intend to continue going to her even once I'm fully recovered as preventative maintenance. Thanks Kaitlin for all your help!
Great overall experience. I’ve went over the course of 6 sessions for wrist and neck pain and Kaitlin was able to help get back to 100% function. The diagnosis was clear and the homework stretches were easy to follow and incorporate in my routine. Would definitely recommend.
