I recently brought my dog for dental surgery to remove all his teeth, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was so lovely, caring, and professional from start to finish. We used this vet clinic for our lab mix dog for 12+ years and they were quite helpful during that time. When our 12+ yr old dog needed to be euthanized I had hoped for a stress free and pain free end for him. I was horrified at the treatment we received at this clinic. It really felt like they had not done this before. They were not able to deliver pain medication effectively to my 88 lb dog on the first jab of the needle so they had to try twice more, causing my dog at the end of his life to be twitching and wincing in pain. I finally demanded that someone else take over this process. The vet at this point said “I’m sorry you had to see this”, to which I responded “I’m sorry he had to experience this absolute failure of care”. I have switched vets for my other dog.
