My partner and I have used the Spring Team to buy a house, sell a condo, and find tenants for a rental property. We don’t have enough positive things to say about the experience! Kiersty and the Spring Team go above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible and it’s been so enjoyable to work with them. I don’t think we would have been as successful in getting our desired outcomes with another realtor. Most recently, Kiersty helped us find a new tenant for a rental property on King West. Not only did she coordinate everything with pictures and scheduling with the previous tenants, very white glove service, she was able to get us $250 more a month than we listed for!! And thats in a rough market. She also did amazing diligence on the applicants. 100/10, no notes, best realty team to work with.

Was referred to this team by a friend of mine who lives downtown. I like to do my research before hiring someone to work for me and I can say I was very disappointed with the research that came up. A real estate agent with this attitude towards potential clients and mocking first time buyers in a time where things are so expensive is sickening Needless to say I will not be hiring this team for my real estate transaction nor should you!!!!
