Very pleasant environment when u first walk in u are greeted by employees, they are so kind. Restaraunt is very clean, organized n well stocked. Only had a 4 min wait from the time I ordered my food until I was served. Service is just all around amazing and the food is perfect. Manager does an amazing job.

Einstein Bagels in Concord is absolutely fantastic! Every time I visit, I’m greeted with friendly smiles and great service. The bagels are always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly chewy – exactly what you want from a true bagel shop. They have a great variety of options, from classic plain and everything bagels to delicious seasonal specialties. The spreads and breakfast sandwiches are top-notch too — the Farmhouse sandwich is a personal favorite! The store is always clean, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and my orders have always been accurate and quick, even during busy mornings. It’s clear the team here cares about delivering a great experience. Shout out to the Manager Sarah who runs a tight ship!! Whether you’re grabbing a coffee and bagel on the go or sitting down for a relaxed breakfast, this location never disappoints. Highly recommend if you’re in the Concord area and craving a great start to your day

I bought 1/2 dozen bagels of different types, their plain cream cheese, and a turkey, bacon, avocado bagel sandwich. The bagels aren't bad but I was expecting them to be better than the ones you can buy at the grocery store. Sandwich was ok too, pretty expensive considering it was made using a microwave. Staff were friendly and helpful. Just a meh experience.
