Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with Ekitas and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. They failed to understand my inquiry and needs. They were contradicting and inefficient with their answers and consultations. Finally, I was devastated by their lack of transparency when I received the final bill and charges. If you want to know my reasons in details please see attached file. Upon contacting them regarding my concerns, no action was taken and I was simply brushed off by the secretary.
