We needed an estate planner to set up a trust for us and Derek Humfleet, at Elder Law Lawyers, was beyond what we could have found!! We gave him all of our information and in a couple weeks he put together a trust that fit our needs!!!! His instructions were very detailed, thorough and covered all of our concerns! I was most impressed with all of the research and how he addressed each topic in great detail! At signing, he put together a binder for us that was separated by sections and labeled, which included a summary page with instructions and even instructions for our tax preparer, our trust, a will and separate pages that needed to be recorded at the courthouse.
