If you’re looking for the best deal and the BEST customer service, you can shop everywhere else, but this shop is where you need to end up! We traveled all the way from Columbia county in north Florida and originally were only stopping by to take a look and ask some questions. But after speaking with the owners, we bought two! The knowledgeable owners are so wonderful, not pushy, they don’t try to up sale, they just explain all the options in great detail. If you’re considering an e-bike purchase, look no further!

I can't even explain how impressed I am with this company. I felt like I was treated like family from the second I walked in the door. They answered every question I had and it felt more like making conversation with friends and family than feeling like just another customer. I purchased my first ever ebike from them and unfortunately wrecked it a few weeks later. They had me up and running in only a few hours and charged me a small fraction of what I was expecting. The bike itself has been incredible but the people running it are even better. I don't write a lot of reviews unless I'm overly impressed or overly upset. This place is truly the best in the business and I promise you won't be disappointed if you buy a bike from them.

We purchased e-bikes a few weeks ago here. Frank was outstanding in providing us information about ebikes, answering all and any questions. Service is top notch, delivering our bikes to our home. We absolutely love our bikes! We would highly recommend Frank and his group.

My husband and I were doing research on etrikes and we wanted to speak with a professional. I know, old school, actually speak with someone, yes! So, we decided to go to this store mainmy because it was local and that's how we try to support our community. My husband stopped by the store while I was at work and met Frank. Sold! Knowledgeable, straight forward and gave my husband EXCELLENT advice. We are both tall and pleasingly plump. Frank's trikes did not fit us. So, we went back to the drawing board only now we had a "things to look for" list from Frank. We found our trikes- Meetone. Before we placed our order, Frank was gracious enough to offer having the trikes delivered to his store and for a beyond reasonable fee per trike, he would also put them together. We are loving our trikes! So, if you need a great bike, amazing service and no BS- please run, don't walk and go see Frank. You will not be disappointed!
