I've been buying parts from these guys for months now, 25+ orders, and have always received top-notch service. Prices are fair, shipping is fast, and their customer service is fast to respond and very helpful. 10/10, will purchase from them again, and would recommend them to others looking for parts.

This location has always had great selection on computer parts and niece electronics I have always been on the look out for. Recently purchased a Used 3D printer from them, for a fraction of what it would have cost at retail price. If you are a DIY geek or tinkerer. This place is always a great place to start. :)

This place was not easy to find, was not well-marked, but I found it anyway. Unfortunately it didn’t do me any good because there was no one there on a Tuesday afternoon. When I called, I was forwarded to someone who was not in Edmonton and had no information and then hung up on me when I was “forwarded”. When I called back, I got someone in Montreal who forwarded me to someone else who hung up on me. What a gong show and a waste of time of an organization! EDIT: After receiving the below response from the owner and a subsequent message on Linked In asking how they could improve 2 years after the initial review, let me offer this suggestion as to how an owner could have responded to a 1-star review of their business (perhaps within a week or two instead of after 2 years): "We are deeply sorry that we did not communicate the terms of service of our business and that you were misdirected multiple times by our customer service representatives. We typically offer our services by appointment; if you would like to schedule an appointment, please call ###)." If I could edit this review to be 0 stars or negative stars, I absolutely would.
