Very unprofessional service policy.before starting the eid vacation i brought a lipo 3 cell bettery from them.with their reputation and by the appearance of the lipo i thought what could go wrong!! but after eid when my project started i found out they delivered me a faulty bettery. And now they are saying they don't have any warrenty over electronic products!!then what is the point of warrenty?1st of all how will any one be sure the product condition over delivery? Moreover their offline service is worst like they are forcing you to buy from them online. So be careful and recheck the item before buying from them.thankfully I don't face this type of low service from other rc electronic shops. Up on your reply: thank you for your reply. I am not worrying about the financial loss, the damage is about trust, my point is exactly, if seller checked the voltage before handing over the product they should have found out about the Fault,where you guys constantly stating that we don't sell damage products so you don't need to worry about the product condition. that was the first trusting issue.. secondly you yourself confirmed in the review section that you replace faulty products, and now you are backing from your statement that the only battery don't have warranty. where your customer service told me that you don't get any warranty on products above 10 Taka value, that was quite funny.More over your web page does not mention about these policy at all. again highly disappoint on your business practice, hearing about your reputation I really had high expectation from your Store.thank you
