I am sharing my review and experience long one and half years after Elegant had handed over my flat after redesigning it. I was impressed by their workmanship while attending the house warming party at my relative's place. I am equally impressed by their work at my apartment. Elegant people were open to all our suggestions and modified the design many times during the course of work on our request with a smiling face. The workforce is knowledgeable and competent. Their suggestions were practical and utilitarian. I feel that I was right in keeping my faith with Elegant. Their transparency in the dealings worth a special mention. They even reduced the agreed amount of charges at the end of the work by deleting the charges for the materials they didn't use. The COVID outbreak, of course, delayed the handover. But I got a flat decor better than that had promised at the beginning. Elegant also promptly attended to minor repairs, modifications and maintenance in my flat even after one year of handover. Our best wishes to Mr Sandip Roy and his team for the pleasant experience of our association with Elegant Interiors. I share photos of the living room as an example to show what they promised and what they delivered, as it looks one year after I received it.

Harrowing experience. Repeated calls, multiple follow ups, multiple reminders , multiple emails but still your interior will be incomplete. The sales and marketing team just give false promises and customer satisfaction and service are the least of their priorities. Pretty much money minded interior who only knows how to extract money without customer priorities. My interior started in March 2023 and sitting in July 2024 my 20% interior is still left and I am clueless how to get it completed. I stay outside India and had to travel back just to get the incomplete work completed but still they didn't helped me and I had to fly back with still most of the incomplete work still incomplete. Somehow I cannot reply to the comment posted so editing my comment. This is ridiculous that the interior is asking to clear all payment before the work is completed. When asked for the remaining amount deducting the charges that we already paid in terms of electrical accessories, they are not willing to give it. Absolute lie that they have completed the work. Pending work list where multiple emails Sent but no ownership to complete it 1. Hettich bottle pull out and shutter not provided instead provided with cheap quality 2. Cutlery tray not provided 3. Pull out bed not functioning. 4. ⁠Bedroom wardrobe door closing issue. 5. ⁠Front door not closing properly 6. Shaft door lock broken 7. Bedroom circuit problem, 8. ⁠Db box internal cover half done 9. Rusted screws in kids bathroom and many places 10. ⁠Paint issue inside master bedroom 11. Multiple switches are broken 12. Master bedroom wardrobe door closing issue - hardware to be replaced 13. TV unit wrong laminate on the side 14. Gap between balcony sliding door and tiles. Here they are not owning this and saying this has been done separately by me but I have payment receipt against the same work done. They are loosing the hard earned reputation very thick and fast because of lack of ownership and moneymind nature.
