Constantine Hrisikos went above and beyond to help me find an apartment in a safe area while staying within the parameters of my budget, commute and other requirements. In fact, one hour after our initial conversation he had three locations lined up for me to see and was very responsive in my follow up. And while I may have thrown a few challenges at him, he didn't hesitate or give up. Above all, Constantine and the group are extremely friendly and it was a pleasure working with them.

I needed to relocate on tight timeline from Kansas City to NYC for a new job. In order to secure an apartment, I’ve used Constantine’s and his company services and was very impressed by his professionalism. Since I had very tight window to find living arrangements and could only make one quick trip to NYC, Constantine worked with me before the trip via email and phone to narrow down the search and explain the process of securing an apartment (documents to bring and etc). On the day of my trip, the originally planned schedule had to be moved around on the fly due to weather delays in Kansas City and New York. Constantine worked to re-schedule/adjust times for showings. In one day, I was able to find an apartment on Upper East Side that I liked and get started with signing the lease. In two days, I had a copy of lease agreement in my inbox for me to sign and mail in back to him. The whole process was very smooth. Being from out of town, professionalism, timeliness of responses and ability to answer my questions quickly are the qualities that I was looking for in the broker and Constantine had all of them and more. I would like to thank him for the great job in finding me an apartment in NYC. It was a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

In summary, NY Squared Real Estate Group and specifically Constantine Hrisikos were a pleasure to deal with and performed an excellent service. Constantine was always available and on time for all of our meetings. Even more helpful was Constantine when we experienced some difficulties with the building management. Constantine jumped on multiple calls and emails on evenings and weekends and solved all the problems. Many of these problems occurred after we had already signed the lease and Constantine could very well have stopped taking our calls but being the class act that he is, he saw the work through until the end! My wife and I were moving to NYC from the Midwest and had no idea how to go about an apartment search in Manhattan. We found Constantine by doing a Google search. From the time we first contacted him, Constantine was very responsive and helpful. He answered any questions or concerns we had within minutes of emailing, texting, or calling him. On the weekend of our apartment search, he showed us approximately ten apartments that were within our price range and met our search criteria. He was helpful in getting questions answered that we had about each individual apartment. Once we decided on an apartment, he made the application process as simple and easy as possible to complete. Even after moving into the apartment, he contacted us several times to see if there was anything we needed or if we had any questions or concerns about our new place. Constantine was a pleasure to work with. If we are in need of a NYC broker in the future, we will definitely use him again.
