Paid $100 for a wedding hair trial. When scheduling, I requested the stylist have experience with Hollywood waves as I didn’t have time to waste- I’m from out of town and only had a few days to figure out hair. The hair stylist was very sweet but I can’t say she gave me Hollywood waves or at all what I requested. I was very disappointed and felt like I wasted precious time &money. Felt misled and like she was learning on my hair rather than a professional with Hollywood waves experience. For this reason, can’t say Id ever come back
If I could give Kelly and Elements 50 stars I would. From start to finish my time at the spa was beyond my expectations. There is zero doubt that Kelly and the entire Elements staff truly cares about every one of their clients. Going in with a dozen very tough things on my mind and coming out feeling relaxed and cared for means the world. My hair looks and feels amazing and they went above and beyond to help me let go for a little while.
Taylor was absolutely amazing. First time with her and she did amazing job on my hair. I even purchased 4 hair products. I love the new place it was amazing and went on a tour. Can’t wait to go back and try some of the other things they offer
