I’ve been coming to this gym for a few years now, and I really enjoy the friendly, welcoming, and non-judgmental atmosphere here. Being surrounded by all the amazing women who share the same goal gives me great motivation to keep going and stay focused. The coaches are warm and patient — especially Dina, who always answers all my questions kindly and helps me correct my mistakes during workouts. Stephanie, the club’s support staff, is also always available to help us, whether by email or in person. I hope I can stay consistent with my workouts and continue being part of this wonderful team. I started here about a month ago and have found my new second home! I worked out for many years at another bootcamp which I thought was the best at the time but Go Girl surpasses it by far. The workouts are always different and challenging, the trainers are super nice, encouraging and helpful, they offer a wide range of class times/days, the facility has everything you could possibly need to have an awesome workout. I burn in-between 500-600 calories a class! Looking forward to my next work out!

I started my journey with Go Girl in the summer of last year, but I've been consistently attending since March 2025—and I can already see a world of difference in myself. The instructors are absolutely amazing! They push you to your limits in the best way, all without a hint of judgment. I truly can’t recommend this place enough. I love what Go Girl brings to the community for women—it’s empowering, uplifting, and exactly what we need. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place!

Go Girl Fitness is an amazing workout! The instructors Pamela and Yeesin really push you to do your best and always show you proper form! Love it here :)
