He was very transparent in his communication and if he did not have an answer to a question then he always knew where to find it. During our two visits to the dealership I found that there was no hidden surprises. In regards to the safety of the vehicle I can say that Serpa did everything they said they were going to do to safety the vehicle and then some. Shout-out once again to Liam for being very accommodating when it came to certain needs/preferences that my spouse and I had.
