I don’t usually post reviews, especially negative ones, but the is experience we had with this company was certainly not “Elite.” They were easy to book with on short notice and very accommodating which was great. Our family had 2 units cleaned - my unit was partially cleaned by us but we agreed it was fine if they did some touch ups in a couple of rooms that had been cleaned. Our unit, once the group was done, was clean and we were happy with the results. We had our mop and bucket go missing and the cleaner demanded to come to our unit to show us where it was. It is not on the property and we appreciate the company offering to replace it but the numerous texts they sent, very unprofessional ones at that, were our main concern. The other unit was a disgrace. We notified the company immediately and once they responded, they told us someone was on their way as they didn’t believe us - 29 photos and 1 video were apparently not enough proof. We informed them that as there was a delay in the time they got back to us, we were no longer at the property and the new tenants were. They demanded entry and we said that was not possible nor was it our choice as the tenants had moved in now. They said they would look in to this and then invoiced us the full amount for a dirty unit. We were able to take a white envelope and rub it on the floor and clearly see that the floor had not been cleaned. The manager said our floors just would not clean no matter what they tried yet the apartment had no signs of any mopping being done nor did it even smell like it had been cleaned. This company seemed great but unfortunately inconsistent work and poor business practices are the reason we would never recommend them or use them again. Their failure to do anything aside from demand entry to units is laughable and their full invoice for a poor job makes it abundantly clear to see their priorities and satisfied customers are not one of these.

Choosing Elite was the best decision for my home! Their team was punctual, courteous, and incredibly thorough. Every corner of my house now shines, thanks to their meticulous cleaning. I appreciate their attention to detail and the care they took with my belongings. I highly recommend Elite to anyone looking for top-notch cleaning services. They exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be using their services again!

I received the moving out service and added the carpet clean to the package. Carpets and bathrooms were done well. Laminate flooring wasn’t vacuumed or washed, no dusting of any fixtures were done and no washing of walls or baseboards. They would only take $50 off of total even though more then one service from the package wasn’t completed. Very disappointed and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Did an excellent job of cleaning my apartment on move out. Very courteous and professional. On final walk through inspection, rental company representative commented on how clean it was, and full damage deposit was returned.
