I have severe dental anxiety, and the team at Alameda Dental has made every visit comfortable and even pleasant. They are professional, caring, and competent. They are clear and direct communicators, and I never had to guess about what I needed or what it would cost. I am fortunate that I took a chance because I had read some negative reviews that were completely opposite of the experiences I have had. This is by far the best dental office I have ever been to.

The staff here are not only prompt and efficient, but they also take the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand, no matter your background or experience with dental care. They break things down clearly and patiently, making sure you know exactly what’s going on and what your options are. What really stood out to me was how honest and thoughtful their advice was. If I was ever unsure about a treatment or decision, they never rushed me or pressured me. Instead, they explained the pros and cons of each option and helped me figure out what would be best for my specific needs. First, I had some new dentures made which took 3 weeks to get finished. Fine. I recently went back to have my lower partial repaired and I was told the entire denture had to be replaced instead of fixing what I had. Lastly, I made appointment for the following Wednesday to do the above procedure but when I called to reschedule, I wasn't on the schedule. I cannot recommend Alameda Dental.

A few days ago I shared with my husband that I needed to go to the dentist. He told me I had to go to his dentist. He has serious dental anxiety and if he was referring, I knew they must have been good. I called them and made an appointment. I arrived early to my appointment and they got me in right on time. Everyone on the staff was very helpful, people oriented and ensured I was comfortable and questions were answered. Dr. Faizi came in and explained what was going on with my mouth and what he recommended. They explained the fees for the work I needed done. I was pleased with the reasonableness of their pricing. I have been to dentist before that are strictly about selling you a service you don't need. This office clearly know how to treat people. Dr. Faizi referred me to an Oral Surgeon for my procedure. They called and got me an appointment for the same day. SERVICE is who they are!! My husband was right!! This is the office everyone should experience from the start of their oral health journey.
