I had been coming here over a year and way before I started managing on my own. Since i started coming on my own there was a problem every other time and i was treated way, way differently. We came here bc their price on opms was the best, so that's normally the only thing we grabbed. Sometimes we will grab other things if they are in stock, but we order most of our products from other online distros or ones closer to us in st pete. Southern wholesale had ZERO problem with it until now. Every other time I'm here they always treat me like I don't know what I'm doing or like I shouldn't be here, or one time even told me I asked them to put something on a tab, and was very pushy about it, when we NEVER do that, good thing I had the real invoice! If you're a woman that manages a smokeshop, careful coming in here. They're a lot nicer and respectful towards the men that's for sure. I know this because I have worked for other shops and came here with my male bosses, and they never ever had any issues like I have every time I'm there. Never coming back. Other places are more respectful and have never treated me the way they did here at Southern Wholesale. This happened a couple months ago now and forgot to post my review. Here it is.

They have good product selection and fair prices, but management and owner are not the friendliest or most responsive. (Edit 3/3/2023: Since I’ve posted this review 4 months ago, SW has been under new management. Mike the owner has been extremely helpful and friendly whenever I need anything from SW. I would recommend SW 10/10 now)
