We had a garage door issue late in the day and called Burkhead Overhead Door and they were able to come the same day into late evening to take care of our issue. He was the nicest person to deal with ever! Very polite, friendly and so very helpful. Fixed our issue and was more than a fair price. Several months ago our garage door cable came off and we unable to close the door on a Saturday afternoon. We called several companies but could not get anyone to come out until Monday. With the door not shutting, we were nervous about waiting. Then I called Burkhead, and they came and fixed the problem that day. Recently, the door had been making a noise when opening and was getting worse, I called Burkhead to come out again and check it. It ended up being a roller that was stuck and they lubed it and got it working smoothly again. And this time, they came out as a courtesy and didn't charge. Great company and knowlegable staff, highly recommend them to everyone. Burkhead will be my go to choice for all garage door needs. Thank you so much.
