S DVery poor they have cut side burns flat without asking and its not aligned. First time I have seen, extremely unprofessional, please don't go. The hair dresser was Bonnie. Gave tip also, but will never go nor advise anyone. I have been customer with Great Clips for more then 10 years.
Mark TI've been a Great Clips customer for many decades, just started using this facility this last year and a half after moving to this area. I checked in online with a 13 minute wait time. Rushed over there because I'm ten minutes away. My name was on their screen as next and after 30 minutes another guy sitting there was called next. After 45 minutes when I was finally called I asked why the wait time system was so off and why another guy who's name was behind me was called first. The blond lady immediately had an attitude and said numerous times" do you want a hair cut or not" I said I'm just trying to understand why u called another person first and the attitude continued. Another hairdresser said they have no control over that, what's the point of signing in on-line? I'll drive father away to find an establishment that's not so unorganized
Lisa MavisI came to the store for a style in mind after letting my hair grow out. I showed her pictures, explained exactly what I wanted. I got in my car after the cut and cried my eyes out. It was “horrible”! She cut all my hair off and it made me look like the opposite sex. Awful! I went by store to show them my hair and I was greeted with distain and lack of empathy. This hair cut changed my life. I cried for 3 days! It was so bad! I recommend go somewhere else.
chase brownAbsolute, worst experience, and hairdresser with dark hair that sits on the end with the glasses did not even know what she was cutting after I simply explained a very easy haircut with nothing off the top. This haircut took her literally maybe 40 seconds as all I asked, was for a 1 to 2 blend on the sides. I’m looking into the mirrors and hair is just sticking out from between where the blend should be and I’m asking her. Is this even blended as she just started cutting hair off the top of my head I had an inch off at a time with no instructions to cutting anything off the top, but simply touching the sides with the one to to blend it. This is the most disappointing haircut/hairdresser with the most frowned upon attitude with no social skills. This hairdresser should lose her job. Once I asked her if this was even blended, she repeated back. Did you want a one on the sides? I didn’t know they hired people that don’t understand simple English
