I would not recommend Elite Realty. When I purchased my house in 2014 the realtor was never on time for the appointments and was late to the closing. When she arrived we had already closed and was walking out the door so she just asked for her check and left. She made a comment about know that I wouldn't be recommending her to anyone. Which was true I can't even remember her name she was so bad. Thank goodness I was pre-approved an this wasn't my first home or I would have lost the house because their were questions needed to be answered an she never saw her email. Also I told her that I wanted the shed in the back cleaned out by the seller before closing it never happened and I had to pay to have junk removed. The realtor recommended her brother to me for work on my home I gave him a deposit and he gave every excuse as to why he couldn't the the work. I finally had to sue him to get my money back. I'm only leaving this review because they keep texting asking for a review. I didn't leave a review in 2014 because I wasn't happy, but 11 years later they seem to think they need more reviews so they asked and they have received. Hopefully they have better realtors working for them now.

Mr Justin Porth was the best person to help me secure a property. He put up with me dragging him everywhere to see different homes and even found some charming places for me to tour all at a very decent rate upon closing. Mr Porth's professionalism also kept me safe from title snatchers by insisting on title insurance. My family has had a home for the holidays since 2017 and we couldn't be happier with this little fixer upper. Thank you Elite Reality team!
