I had 2 roofs installed thru Elite. The sales rep Clay Williams was a real pro, very personable and very knowable about the entire process. Having never had a roof replaced (let alone TWO), the planning, process and execution are sometimes confusing and a bit overwhelming! Clay explained the process and procedures needed for a successful install. The crew installed each in one day , cleaned the scene. and was quick and very careful around the yard.
