Absolutely DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They charge for shipping, charge a restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for returning the item, then they charge you 15.00 to purchase a new pair. These sneakers are absolutely the worst quality. WHO ever orders from here BUYER BEWARE! Also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Horrible company. I have been ordering from companies for 40 years and have never experienced one with so many policies in place as far as returns and exchanges. I can't believe American Girl would use this company for their matching gymnastics outfits.

Ordered cheer shoes for my daughter through the website. There is a size chart indicating which size to order so I ordered the recommended size. The shoes were delivered and are way too big. The kicker is they charge to have you return them in addition to a restocking fee! I called multiple times to get these fees waived since the size chart they provided is obviously wrong. I was given the run around and put on hold countless times, even when asking for a manager. This business makes money off these fees and I feel they purposely publish incorrect information to take advantage of customers. Do yourself a favor and order from Amazon.

Bought this leotard for my niece for Christmas. Unfortunately, it is too small and they only have a 30 day return. Beware if you purchase for a gift, that you won't be able to return. Definitely read the fine print before you order directly from this company. This is what I get for not using Amazon and trying to promote independent companies.
