To all the moms who are finally ready to start taking better care of yourself, this is the place for you! The pelvic floor therapy paired with challenging (but not impossible) workouts, is a perfect recipe to get your body back to the one you remember before having kids. I have been going weekly now for a few months and have already seen an improvement in my strength and flexibility. My day to day pain is subsiding, and I have been sleeping better since starting. I've never set foot in a gym before, but I am now confident using various pieces of equipment and executing exercises with proper form, thanks to Melissa and Clint. I never feel judged and I am consistently met with patience and encouragement during my workouts. As a mom of two young kids with schedules changing frequently, I have been impressed with the level of flexibility that the clinic offers to me. We work closely together to find that hour of time each week that fits within my chaotic schedule. Thank you to the entire team for making my first workout experience in a gym a positive one :)
