Alfred is exactly the kind of workman you want to come across. I’d accidentally left my keys in the house and couldn’t get back in as my front door automatically locks. Alfred came to me within 45 mins and changed the locks for me. The price was reasonable considering the kind of lock I needed and he also gave me advice about my door for future reference. Thank you very much Alfred. I am hoping that I don’t need you in the future but if I need a locksmith or my family and friends do, you will be who I recommend.

Absolute disgrace, The situation is this; a friend of mine was locked in her apartment on a Saturday (around lunch time). In panic, she called this company and asked them for help, once they had attended (after several hours may i add) the charge amounted to £445.00. I understand that emergency call outs are generally more expensive, however, to change a lock and issue new keys does not amount to this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ROBBERY.
