After two months of having a company tell me they couldn’t find someone to install my microwave, I called Elk Appliance. They sent Matt to save the day. He was polite and patiently answered all my questions. He installed my new microwave and took the old one away. These guys are everything you want in a company coming to your home. My stacked LG washing machine wouldn't drain so I contacted a repair company, the wrong one initially. From first hand experience, I can tell you there is a HUGE difference in repair companies. The knowledge and experience was disappointing and they had to reschedule 2 days out so he could have 2 guys there to move the washer dryer since it was stacked AND they had to charge me extra for the 2nd tech. After he left I contacted ELK late that afternoon. I spoke to Derrek who was awesome and Tyler came out the next morning. He text 10 min. ahead of time without me asking, His experience and knowledge of my LG washing machine was amazing. I think he could have done the repair blindfolded. He did not have to over charge me for 2 people to do something that he was capable of doing himself. He was so conscientious of my home and professional. His pricing was fair and he is an expert in his field. I wouldn't hire anyone else.

Our ice maker in our freezer was leaking water and not dispensing ice properly. We called Elk Appliance Repair to come fix it only after another company came out and said they fixed it but they didn't. I only wish we went with Elk Appliace Repair first. Tyler was very professional, efficient, knowlegeable and great communication. He told us the previous company put in an after market ice maker but that he only uses certified parts and gurantees his work for a year. Our ice machine now works and dispenses ice again! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and we will be returning customers.
