Classic case of "you get what you pay for". I paid for new trust documents. Was promised a package including them taking care of putting my house into the trust for me. The representative who worked with me never did anything with the house. I wrote the check to the State and gave it to her. The company nor the rep will return calls or communication or do anything about it. Pay the extra money with someone else - get full service. Discounted payment give you discounted service.
